Why has the charged VM Licence count or Storage increased on my SecondSite Subscription?

You can add more VMs to your SecondSite replications jobs at any time.  Our billing model has a per-VM charge as well as a charge for the storage consumed.

To ensure we are compliant with licensing, avoid failover errors, and can keep offering our service at the best price, our automation systems periodically compares the number of VMs replicated and storage used to the number of VMs and storage paid for on each subscription and adjusts the billing if the number of VMs or amount of storage in use by replication exceeds the number of VMs and storage for which you are paying.  If your subscription is updated you will be notified.
