ioSTOR : IOPS Based Storage Tiering
ioSTOR is a the Zettagrid storage service for all of our products. It provides tiered storage based on IOPS, enabling customers to match their storage spend with their performance needs and workloads.
Input/Output Operations Per Second (IOPS) is a performance based measurement. The higher IOPS tier you select for your storage the better performance for read and write you will receive with your storage.
