Veeam On Premise Licensing

Veeam rental licenses for on-premise use are only available to Zettagrid Partners and require usage validation before a license key can be provided.
If the license is listed below then the procedure detailed in this article applies.

Confirm that the customer is a partner. Partner status can be verified in Smile by going to the Billing tab and checking to see if a partner discount is listed in the Discount tab.
The partner must confirm to us in a statement on their company letterhead that they are providing the license as a component of a managed backup service for the end user. Send the partner the following template text which they must sign and return to us on their company letterhead. note that the partner will have to complete a statement for each unique customer they wish to resell rental Veeam on-premises licensing to.

1) Save the signed document with name in the format of -, for example 'acme-Joe User.docx' and send to craig.guy@zettagrid.com
2) Craig will then send the partner the relevant Veeam license key
NOTE: These licenses expire annually and the partner will need to contact us for a replacement license at renewal time.
3) Once you have sent the partner the key you may update in STAR with the new subscription details.
