Uploading Media / Software in Zettagrid

We can upload customer requested image files for both VMware VDC and CloudStack VDC subscriptions.

Important notes below:

  • Customers with a VMware VDC can upload Images themselves through Cloud Director into their catalogue, they will need adequate storage space to accommodate the Image.

  • Customers with a CloudStack VDC can upload Images themselves through CloudStack portal into their Templates, they will need adequate storage space to accommodate the Image.

  • Images must be a .ISO extension. .WMI and other extensions are not supported.

  • We will not allow Microsoft Windows desktop variants of any OS unless prior licensing approval is granted. If these VMs are found they will be deleted without prior warning.

  • Microsoft Images need to be our Images for licensing purposes or have License Mobility. Microsoft products that are EOL (End Of Life) are not supported and we cannot provide Images or licenses.
