MyAccount User Roles

Standard MyAccount users have access to all the functions in MyAccount. MyAccount users can have different roles controlling which information they can view and which actions they can perform in MyAccount. Assign roles to users on your account to restrict their access to specific functions and pages.

Note: The “End Customer” role is intended for partner-operated accounts where the End Customer can do basic management of subscriptions. The “End Customer” only sees RRP pricing, not partner pricing including partner discounts. End Customer role can only see basic partner information: partner tier and parent/child account info. but not partner discount status, or partner account manager details.

Editing Roles With MyAccount

Standard MyAccount users are able to assign and edit roles to other users on the account. Choose “Profile” then “Users” from the menu in MyAccount to manage users.

Alternatively, you can send a request to support@zettagrid.com with the user details and desired role.
