Grant access to your parent partner account

If you would like to allow your parent partner account’s users to access your Zettagrid account and make any changes on your behalf you can enable this via MyAccount. Log in to MyAccount at account.zettagrid.com or account.zettagrid.id, choose Profile, Details from the main menu then tick the check box next to “Allow Access” and confirm at the pop-up prompt. The profile details page will now show the check box ticked and the message “Access is granted”

Note: granting access means your partner can access your account and make any changes on your behalf including purchasing services and changing contact details.

If you want to revoke access, visit the MyAccount profile details page again and clear the check box.,

Partner Access Request Emails

Your partner can request that you grant access to your account. Our system will generate an email like the example below.

If you receive one of these emails and you want to grant access to your parent account, follow the instructions above. If you have questions or concerns please contact your partner or Zettagrid support.
