Grant Access to your Parent Partner Account

Summary

To let your parent partner account’s users access your Zettagrid account and make changes for you, enable this in MyAccount. Log in at account.zettagrid.com or account.zettagrid.id. Select Profile, then Details from the main menu, tick the “Allow Access” box, and confirm the pop-up prompt. The profile details page will then show the box ticked and the message “Access is granted”

Note: granting access lets your partner use your account and make changes, including purchasing services and updating contact details.

If you want to revoke access, visit the MyAccount profile details page again and clear the check box.

Partner Access Request Emails

Your partner can request access to your account. Our system will send an email like the example below.

If you receive such an email and want to grant access to your parent account, follow the instructions above. If you have questions or concerns, contact your partner or Zettagrid support.
