What is Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)?
Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) is where the NBN service is delivered to you using a combination of fibre and the existing coaxial cable infrastructure. As part of the installation, NBN Co will install a Network Termination Device (NTD) within your property. You will then connect your router directly to the installed NTU.
