I don't get any signal
If you received a signal previously there may be an issue with the local tower or some kind of interference. Try and identify any changes or any electrical devices that may be causing your signal loss. If you have only just received your modem and have not been able to connect to any mobile broadband service please call us on 1300 139 550.
