You can close your service or account by completing the Close Your Service form. This for is applicable to:

NBN/ADSL
4G Mobile Broadband
Colocation
Ethernet/Dark Fibre/MPLS
Web Hosting/DNS/SSL/Email
Voice (Teams Trunks, SIP Trunk, Cloud PBX)

You will be able to request cancellation for next business day or at the end of the 30 day notification period.
