You can close your service or account by completing the Close Your Service or Account form. This for is applicable to:
- NBN
- 4G Mobile Broadband
- Colocation
- Ethernet/Dark Fibre/MPLS
- Web Hosting/DNS/SSL/Email
- Voice (Teams Trunks, SIP Trunk, Cloud PBX)
You will be able to request cancellation for next business day or at the end of the 30 day notification period.
