My Mobile broadband service is slow

This can be due to many reasons. Some of those include

1. You are in an area with low signal strength. Please move to an area where you would be unobstructed by significant structures and thick walls. You may want to invest in an antenna to improve your signal strength.
2. You may be connected to a lower speed network like WCDMA, EDGE or GSM. The device will roam onto different networks to find the fastest available. 4G is the fastest currently available.
