What is Fibre To The Node (FTTN)?
Fibre To The Node (FTTN) is where the NBN service is delivered via fibre cable up to a node that has been installed within a close distance to your premises. The connection is then delivered from the node to your premises using the existing copper based infrastructure. Once activated, you would simply connect your modem to the existing telephone line.
