I've added my details for an automated debit. Why did it fail?
Your automatic direct debit or credit card debit may fail for a number of reasons. These include:
- Credit Card - Expired Card Details (New Number, New Expiry Date).
- Credit Card - Insufficient Credit Card Funds.
- Credit Card - Cancelled Card
- Direct Debit - Closed Bank Account or Insufficient Funds.
Please note that we will send you an email to your registered email address when your registered credit card is due to or has expired. You will need to ensure that you update your payment details via the My Account Portal.
