Data Sovereignty Policy

Zettagrid guarantees data sovereignty for all availability zones (regions). Customer data is solely subject to local laws in which the region is physically located. Zettagrid retains the right to transfer billing, management, operational data between countries.

Data Residency

Zettagrid stores all customer data and backups of this data securely within our data availability zones (regions) you have nominated. Customer data is not stored in other locations unless specifically requested by the customer.

Australian State Data Residency

Customers may specify that data be stored in a specific Australian state (New South Wales, Victoria, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia). Zettagrid will comply with state data residency requests where we maintain an Availability Zone in the requested state. Where a customer elects to replicate data from one availability zone to another, Zettagrid may be required to store a replica in a different state. Please contact your account manager to confirm compliance before using this product.
