National Data Sovereignty
Zettagrid stores all customer data and backups of this data securely within our data availability zones in Australia. All disaster recovery systems are also located within our availability zones in Australia.
State Data Sovereignty
Customers may specify that data be stored in a specific Australian state (New South Wales, Victoria or Western Australia). Zettagrid will comply with state data sovereignty requests where we maintain an Availability Zone in the requested state. Where a customer elects to replicate data from one availability zone to another, Zettagrid may be required to store a replica in a different state. Please contact your account manager to confirm compliance before using this product.
