Automatic Setup (Recommended)
- Open Safari
- Visit https://email.zetta.net.au/profiles/ZettaNetEmail-Signed.mobileconfig
- The device will show "This website is trying to open Settings to show you a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?
- Tap Allow
- Tap Install
- Enter Passcode
- Tap Install
- Enter your name for the account
- Tap Next
- Enter your email address
- Tap Next
- Enter your password
- Tap Next
- Enter your email address
- Tap Next
- The Email is now installed.
- Tap Done
Manual Setup
On your iPad/iPhone/iPod
- Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, then tap Add Account.
- Tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.Â
- Tap Next
- Enter the following information for both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server.Â
- Host Name: mail.zetta.net.au
- Username: Please use your FULL email address. i.e. user@highway1.com.au
- Password: If you have forgotten your password please contact us on 1300 597 656.
- Tap Next
If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit them.Â
