To get the Virtual Machine Administrator/Root Passwordfollow these simple steps:
1. Go to your vCloud Director Portal.
2. Right click the required VM and select Properties.
3. Then go to Guest OS Customization. Your password will be displayed under the Password Reset heading.
Note: If your password is not displayed on the Guest OS Customization tab click on the General tab and check under the Description field.
