Our Status Page is a key resource used to inform customers about changes, service disruptions and maintenance. You can subscribe to receive notifications when these occur. You can select to receive all notifications or only those related to your services and locations. Here is how to subscribe:
- Go to https://status.zettagrid.com
- Click on GET UPDATES
- Select Email or Slack or SMS
- Enter your email address, complete the Slack integration or your mobile number
- Select ALL or Individual components you wish to be notified about
- Click on SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.
If you select SMS as your notification method, you will receive an SMS confirming your subscription and be provided a link to use should you wish to unsubscribe from the notifications.
UNSUBSCRIBING
If you wish to unsubscribe your email or mobile number from the notifications, please send an email to support@zettagrid.com and provide the email address or mobile number and we will have it removed
