Contracts Will depend on your service, the Contract option you selected and the time when you subscribed. You can contact us to find out if your service may be in contract.
If you have downgraded (but not cancelled) you will receive a credit toward your next months invoice. If you cancel prior to the end of your contract term you may incur an additional Early Contract Termination fee.
If you want to get a discount you can talk to our team about a 12, 24, 36 or 48 month contract.
