Contracts are ?month-by-month? (30 days technically). You can cancel at any time.
If you have downgraded (but not cancelled) you will receive a credit toward your next months invoice. If you cancel prior to the end of the 30 day period you will not be eligible for a refund or credit for the unused portion of your service.
If you want to get a discount you can talk to our team about a 12, 24, 36 or 48 month contract.
