Role Description within My Account
Role | Description |
---|---|
Standard MyAccount User | Full range of access to manage users, invoices, profile info and services. |
End Customer | Can view, manage, resize and purchase subscriptions but can't see invoices or dicsounts, change profile info or manage users. |
Finance | Can pay bills, manage payment details, edit account address details etc. Can't administer or change services. |
Technical User | Can use subscriptions but not resize them. Can't view or pay invoices or change account details. |
Technical Administrator | Full subscription access including the ability to purchase and cancel. Can't view/pay invoices or change account details. |
Read Only | General read-only access to account. |
