For service upgrades and downgrades, the billing charges are only processed at the end of the calendar month.
This means that if you upgrade a service in the middle of the month then you will receive a pro-rata change for the upgraded period on your next invoice.
For a downgraded service your service will not actually be downgraded until the end of the calendar month.
