To set up your email you will need the following settings. 

  • Username: Please use your FULL email address. i.e. johncitizen@acme.com.au
  • Password: If you have forgotten your password please contact us on 1300 139 550.
  • SPA: Use SPA (Secure Password Authentication) for both in and outbound services.

Please note that if you are using an internet connection that is not supplied by ZettaNet or are setting up the account on your mobile phone you may need to use your ISP/Mobile Provider's (i.e. Telstra, Optus) outgoing mail server details. Alternatively you may need to ensure that your ZettaNet settings are authenticated.
