Zettagrid recognises that your personal information is very important to you. We appreciate your trust in providing any such information to us and are committed to protecting it. We also understand that in some instances you may wish to have another person authorised to represent you or your company.
In such instances we ask that you nominate an Authorised Representative or an Advocate on your account.
An Authorised Representative has full access to your account and is able to request any account information, including billing and account details, as well as request any account changes including the provision of additional services and existing service closures or relocations.
An Account Advocate has limited access and requires that you are present for authentication purposes and in order to be provided with any account specific information. They’re able to act on your behalf in a limited capacity. For example they can help troubleshoot your service or discuss your existing service and requirements however we would still require your approval to lodge any resulting faults or makes changes/additions to your existing services. Typically you will nominate an account Advocate for a short time only, for example just the call we’re on with you.
How to request access?
Add A User via MyAccount - The easiest and most secure way to add an Authorised Account Representative to your account is via the My Account portal.
Send an Email - You can also email our support team at support@zettagrid.com requesting authorisation be provided to another person. The email must be sent from the currently authorised and registered email address. Nominate them as an Authorised Representative or an Advocate. In case where there is no explicit nomination, they will be added as an Authorised Representative. You wi need to with the following information:
Name of the person to be authorised
Email address for the person to be authorised
Contact number for the person to be authorised
Complete an Alternate Authorisation Form - Sometimes people within your organisation also change and you may no longer have access to the account itself or the authorised email address. When this happens we ask that you complete, sign, scan and email us a copy of the Alternate Authorisation Request form along with a copy of your photo ID. This will ensure that your data remains safe and secure.
Removing an Authorised Representative or Advocate
You can remove an Authorised Representative or an Advocate from your account via the My Account portal or by simply email our support team at support@zettagrid.com from your authorised and registered email address requesting authorisation be removed for that person or company.
