Provider Side VCCR portal
In situations where the on-prem Veeam Backup and Replication Server may not be available a failover or fail over test can be initiated from the provider side.
To do so follow these steps
Navigate to https://vspc.zettagrid.com/
Your username will be your VCCR users name twice in the following format VCCR_12345/VCCR_12345
Password will be the same as your VCCR service provider details
Once logged in if you have a fail over plan setup you can initiate this remotely
Choose fail over plans and ensure it is in a ready state
Select the failover plan and then proceed to choose the operation (Run, Test or Undo)
