1. The Agreement 

The Parties 

Zettagrid and the Customer (an entity subscribing to Zettagrid cloud services) agree that by accessing Zettagrid cloud services, you ("The Customer", "you", "your") accept the terms and conditions in the Standard Form of Agreement.

The Zettagrid Service Description details specific terms for each Zettagrid offering. It forms part of our Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA), which includes:

• Website Pricing Schedule or Executed Zettagrid Proposal 

2. Service Description 

What is NBN TC-2 Business Ethernet 

NBN TC-2 Business Ethernet, delivered over the National Broadband Network, provides high-performance data access for applications requiring premium download and upload speeds.

It offers symmetrical data speeds with a 1:1 download/upload contention ratio.

Speeds 

Zettagrid cannot guarantee speeds to resources outside our network to the Internet.

Data 

Traffic is unlimited, subject to our Fair Use and Acceptable Use policies.

Hardware 

The Network Termination Device (NTD) and any other hardware supplied by Zettagrid or its partners remain their property and must be returned at contract end.

Payment 

Payment is required in advance.

Target service level 

99.7%

Restoration target 

1 business day. Additional restoration enhancements are available.

Service level rebates 

No service level rebates apply to NBN TC-2 Business Ethernet services.

Contract term 

The contract term is specified in your service contract; if unspecified, the minimum term is 24 months.

Cancelling or moving your service within the contract term incurs an Early Termination Fee, detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.
