1. The Agreement
The Parties
Zettagrid and the Customer (an entity subscribing to Zettagrid cloud services) agree that by accessing Zettagrid cloud services, you ("The Customer", "you", "your") accept the terms and conditions in the Standard Form of Agreement.

2. Service Description
What is Vault Object Storage?
Zettagrid Vault Object Storage (Vault) is an S3-compatible object data storage service.
You need S3-compatible software to use Vault. Zettagrid does not supply this software.
You receive a monthly quota for total storage (in TB).
Security
You must secure your access keys and passwords. We may suspend your service if we detect a compromise and you do not act within a reasonable time.
We are not liable for content, breaches, or malicious activity. We may cease your service and refuse refunds if you breach our Acceptable Usage Policy.
Data Egress
Zettagrid’s free egress policy suits use cases where you store data with us, access it at a reasonable rate, and do not impose an unreasonable burden on our service. Please consider these guidelines to understand 'reasonable rate' and 'unreasonable burden'.
If your monthly egress data transfer is less than or equal to your active storage volume, your use case fits our free egress policy.
If your monthly egress data transfer exceeds your active storage volume, your use case does not fit our free egress policy.
If you regularly exceed the free egress policy, we may limit or suspend your service.
Immutability
Immutability means stored objects cannot be deleted by you or Zettagrid until the retention period expires (a security feature). All storage, immutable or not, is charged as active storage.
File Sizing
Files smaller than 4 KB are charged as 4 KB by Wasabi. For example, a 2 KB file incurs a 4 KB charge. This policy is similar to AWS S3 IA's minimum capacity charge of 128 KB.
Minimum Storage Duration
Vault has a minimum storage duration of 30 days. Deleting objects before 30 days incurs a Timed Deleted Storage charge for the remaining days.
Data Retention Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, Vault data is deleted and no longer available.
Contract Term
Vault services have a minimum contract of 1 month for less than 50TB and 12 months for over 50TB. Purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
