The Parties 

Zettagrid and the Customer (an entity subscribing to Zettagrid cloud services) agree that by accessing Zettagrid cloud services, you ("The Customer", "you", "your") accept the terms and conditions in the Standard Form of Agreement.

The Zettagrid Service Description details specific terms for each Zettagrid offering. It forms part of our Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA), which includes:

• General Terms and Conditions 

• Service Descriptions 

• Website Pricing Schedule or Executed Zettagrid Proposal 

2. Service Description 

What is ImageArchive?

Zettagrid ImageArchive is an agent-less, image-based (snapshot) backup service for your virtual appliances. It lets you back up your Zettagrid virtual appliances (VMs) to an offsite location and restore them to a chosen point if needed.

You can order this service from the website, selecting which VMs to protect, the backup window, and how many backups to keep. If you need to restore a VM, you can do so through your “My Account” portal. This product is only available to existing Image Archive subscribers.

Image Restorations

Zettagrid requires you to perform your own image restorations via the MyAccount portal. This ensures you accept full responsibility for restoring the snapshot over your existing virtual appliance.

If you need Zettagrid to restore the image manually, we will charge for this service. You must provide a written request from an authorised representative to enable us to perform this service.

Data Corruption

Zettagrid ImageArchive takes an exact copy of your virtual appliance. If the source backup is corrupted or misconfigured, the snapshot restored will reflect that. You are responsible for snapshotting an appropriate version and configuration of your virtual appliance.

Data Retention Upon Cancellation 

Upon cancellation of the service, ImageArchive snapshots will no longer available.

Service Level Rebates

This service is eligible for service rebates where the Service is unavailable as per the General Terms and Conditions. Where you are unable to restore an ImageArchive snapshot, the following rebates apply for this service:
