1. The Agreement 

The Parties 

Zettagrid and the Customer (an entity subscribing to Zettagrid cloud services) agree that by accessing Zettagrid cloud services, you ("The Customer", "you", "your") accept the terms and conditions in the Standard Form of Agreement.

What is an Veeam Backup? 

Zettagrid Cloud Connect Backup (Veeam Backup) provides Veeam-compatible offsite storage for Veeam backup files.

You must have a compatible, licensed Veeam version on your premises to use Veeam Backup. Zettagrid does not support Veeam on customer premises.

You will receive two quotas for the Service.

Number of virtual machines to back up.

Total disk space (GB) for storing your virtual machines in Zettagrid.

Quotas apply per Service and are limited by Availability Zone. For example, a Veeam Backup Service in Melbourne with a 2000GB quota requires a separate Service to use Veeam Backup in Sydney.

Security

You must secure your access keys and passwords. We may suspend your service if we detect a compromise and you do not act within a reasonable time to fix it.

We are not liable for content, security breaches, data leaks, or malicious activity. Zettagrid may stop your service and refuse refunds if you breach our Acceptable Usage Policy.

Data retention upon cancellation

After cancellation, Veeam Backups will no longer be available.

Service Level Rebates 

This service qualifies for rebates when unavailable as per the General Terms and Conditions. Where you are unable to restore an Veeam Backup, the following rebates apply for this service:

Less than 43 minutes unavailable per calendar month.

No Rebate Available

More than 43 minutes but less than 360 minutes during a calendar month.

10% of the Monthly Service Charge

More than 360 minutes but less than 960 minutes during a calendar month.

25% of the Monthly Service Charge

More than 960 in a calendar month.

50% of the Monthly Service Charge
