What happens if I do not pay by the due date?

If an invoice is not paid in full by the due date, we will send you an email reminder. If the invoice remains unpaid 7 days after the due date we may proceed with suspending your service. If you are unable to pay your bill by the stated due date, please get in touch with our team and let us know.
