The Service Status Page is (https://status.zettagrid.com) is an important resource that can be used to keep on top of any scheduled changes, service disruptions and maintenance that may be impacting on your service. If you no longer wish to receive notifications you can cancel your subscription to the notification system. Please note that this does not cancel any of your services but rather simply the ability to receive notifications about events that may impact on those services.
If you wish to unsubscribe your email or mobile number from the notifications, please send an email to support@zettagrid.com and provide the email address or mobile number and we will have it removed :
- Visit https://status.zettagrid.com
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Enter Your Email Address that you subscribed with and you will be sent a link.
- Click on the link in the email and you will be able to edits your subscriptions.
