If you cancelling a network or voice service part way through a billing period, Zettagrid will issue an invoice for any outstanding charges. These typically include:

  • Contract break charge, if you are within a contract period the 
  • Excess usage charges
  • Phone call charges. Please note that telephone call charges are collected in arrears and you may receive an invoice for calls after you have closed your service. These charges will only be for calls up to when your service was cancelle
