If your service is within a contract period a cancellation , an early termination fee will be applicable upon service cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation and Relocation quick reference table.For example:
Monthly Service Value: $1,000
Contact Term: 12 Months
Total Contact Value: $12,000
Cancellation Notice: Month 7
Early Termination Fee: 5 months ($1000 x 5) = $5,000
